Antonio Boggati respects the privacy of every person who visits this site, buys from the house, or joins the Circle. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

We only collect what the relationship requires:
Our lawful grounds.
We process your data to fulfil your order and provide after-sales service (performance of a contract); to issue invitations and send news you have asked for (your consent, which you may withdraw at any time); to keep proper commercial and tax records (legal obligation); and to protect the site and improve it (legitimate interest).
We do not sell your data.
Your data is never sold or rented. It is shared only with the service providers the house depends on: Squarespace (website and commerce hosting), our payment processors, Mailchimp (email), our shipping and insurance partners, and our professional advisers. Each is bound to process data only on our instructions. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is protected by standard contractual clauses.
What the site remembers.
Essential cookies keep your cart and session working and cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies tell us how the site is used, in aggregate. You can refuse non-essential cookies through the banner on your first visit, or clear and block them in your browser at any time.
Retention.
Order and warranty records are kept for as long as the law requires, and for as long as your piece is under our care. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it. Enquiries are kept for two years. Analytics data is kept in aggregate only.
What you can ask of us.
You may ask for a copy of the data we hold, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, or withdraw consent to marketing. Write to privacy@antonioboggati.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
This policy may be revised.
Where we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
