Before there was a house, there was a pair of watches, made for two people who did not want to tell time apart. Couple La Paris is where amber was born — the warm signature that would come to define everything after it, set against a deep Parisian blue night.
The first asymmetry.
Asymmetry, by definition, suggests something incomplete — something searching for its counterpart.
This idea shaped the first Antonio Boggati design: two asymmetric pieces, each distinct on its own, yet together forming a complete unit.
The two mirror one another even in the movement of time. The male piece moves clockwise, while the female moves counterclockwise — a reflection of its counterpart.
Two asymmetric pieces. One complete unit.
One completes the other.
What began as a foundation of the design philosophy has turned into a ritual — an ecosystem where one completes the other becomes something deeper than a phrase.
